Daniel J. Schneider is a founding partner of Farber Schneider Ferrari LLP. He is a trial lawyer who has both prosecuted and defended numerous jury and non-jury trials as well as binding arbitrations all around New York City and Long Island.

Michael Ferrari is a founding partner of Farber Schneider Ferrari LLP. Mr. Ferrari has successfully negotiated leases for restaurant groups, bars and cafes, advised on purchases and sales of businesses, managed liquor license applications before the State Liquor Authority and sidewalk cafe applications before the Department of Consumer and Worker Protection, and defended extensive disciplinary actions brought by governmental agencies as well as litigation and regulatory actions brought against such businesses.

Sarena Townsend is a Partner at Farber Schneider Ferrari LLP. Ms. Townsend focuses her practice on criminal defense and representing employees in disciplinary actions brought by their employers. She has over 16 years of criminal law and investigatory experience. She is a fierce advocate and a feared adversary in the courtroom.

Thomas Papain is a Senior Associate at Farber Schneider Ferrari LLP. Thomas primarily focuses on civil litigation matters with a focus on plaintiff's personal injury law. Thomas has over 11 years of civil litigation experience. He has dedicated himself to representing plaintiff personal injury victims who have suffered substantial injuries and losses, including death, due to the negligence of others.

Kara Halpern represents clients in a wide variety of civil litigation matters. Ms. Halpern has extensive experience in commercial litigation, products liability law, employment law, cyber-security, construction law, and general liability matters. Her vast litigation experience enables her to effectively develop litigation strategies and to interface with and prepare witnesses and experts.

Darya Kapulina became Of Counsel to Farber Schneider Ferrari LLP in February 2022, bringing 15 years legal expertise in commercial litigation, complex corporate transactions, corporate governance, intellectual property law, dispute resolution, labor and employment, securities law, real estate law, and judgment enforcement, among other fields.

Joshua S. Stevens is Of-Counsel to FSF.
